Miner dies of suffocation

QUETTA – A miner died when he was suffocated by a poisonous gas buildup in a mine at Chamalang area of Dukki Tehsil on Wednesday.

Abdul Rashid, a resident of Loralai, was working in a coalmine when a poisonous gas accumulated in the mine, killing him. The rescuers retrieved the body and sent it to Loralai.
