Five killed by coal carts in SW China
Five miners were killed after they were hit by three slipping coal carts in a coal mine in southwest China’s Chongqing Municipality on Sunday, said the local authority. The accident happened at 8:00 a.m. under an inclined shaft of the Pengxin Coal Mine in Tongliang County, Chongqing. The coal mine with an annual production capacity of 60,000 tons has been ordered by the county government to suspend production.
